RemoveTheFckingBackgroundWhistleFromTheRainSfxLoop v1.0 addon - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

I was playing Anomaly and I heard this very very faint whistling sound that kept repeating every 5 seconds. It's one of those cases where once you hear it you can't unhear it and it drives you crazy. I hunted down the source and found it was the rain SFX loop so I created this tiny mod just to replace it with a clean rain sound.
