The improved version of the "Realistic Blood Mod" with higher resolution textures. Improves almost all decals in the game, including not only blood.
Big thanks to TheMrDemonized, for teaching me how to edit decals, as well as helping to make a patch for his Blood Pools Mod. Without him, this addon would not exist.
The main innovation compared to the previous version were higher-resolution textures with an improved alpha channel. I hasten to refute doubts about good performance! Textures have been increased in reasonable numbers. So if it was 64, then it's 256 now, 128 is 512, 256 is 1024. In theory, this may affect performance, but according to my tests it has minimal or no effect at all.
Blood became a little darker and more splattered. Now not only the textures of the blood have been redesigned, but the rest of the decals (optional).
I strongly recommend paying attention to Dismemberment Mod and Blood Pools Mod. To do this, there are patches in my mod that change textures in accordance with the general style of my mod.
Did you know ?
If your PC is strong enough, you can raise the "r__wallmark_ttl" value in user.ltx or with the ingame console to a maximum of 600. (eq. 10 minutes)
It means that all the bullet & blood decals will last for ten minutes rather than one before fading out. (Anomaly default wallmarks value is 60. -eq. 1 minute)

- Open the main file or optional files until you find the gamedata folder.
- Move this to the root folder of the game, where it is located AnomalyLauncher.exe

Is it just me or does the vanilla edition look better on the blood?
I used vanilla textures as brush tips (not all of them) in Krita. Although if you mean that vanilla has more variety of colors, well, I did so because the game creates shades in a natural way when textures are layered on top of each other. So it doesn't make sense. If that's not what you meant, write here, I can still change something and I'm always ready to listen to criticism.
I already have the previous one installed. Do I just throw this one and overwrite the files?
Or do I have to uninstall the regular version?

if i enable the decals, i get black screen after some time...if i disable it, works fine.
for me the bullet holes are not really holes, more like splashes on the body. the problem occurs on both old and new version of this mod :(
Take screenshots of what it looks like, as for the holes, do you have DLTX? And which DX do you use?

I use DX11 and yes i do have DLTX because i use other mods that requires DLTX :D

i have same bug, think problem is cinematic vfx
The problem is the option "02. Blood Decals on Characters" in CFVX mod, with it the holes turn into some ugly blots
Thank you, Fedia :) Not that I enjoy gore or anything like that, but this mod, together with the blood pools mod (shoutout to Mr Demonized), makes the game more realistic. From a role-playing perspective, other than bandits & renegades, it makes me feel bad about killing other stalkers, LoL.

That true the actual blood pools are very dull and dark in the latest update. The colour was better before.
When I was a young boy, I witnessed a fresh dead body - it was a man who got stabbed to death at the market. His blood pool was still growing when I saw the poor guy lying lifeless on the ground. I remember thinking: "Oh my God, I thought blood pools were supposed to be a vivid bright red colour", but it was much darker than I expected.
I don't know, guys, I'm no expert. Maybe that poor guy had bad blood or something, but the colour of the blood pool in this mod pretty much resembles the actual blood pool that I saw at that market. I'm over it, but that image still haunts me to this day.

В предыдущей версии вы идеально подобрали цвет луж крови и следов от обуви, также мне понравилась и форма луж. Вы не могли бы в той версии просто добавить след от правой ноги, оставив яркость не тронутой или хотя бы подсказать, какие параметры яркости вы применили относительно оригинальной Blood Pools?
Добавлю след в старую версию чуть позже там 700 с чем-то файлов генерировать) а мне нужен не загруженный проц сейчас. Касательно яркости, можно просто пипеткой тыкнуть и все, я не основался на "оригинальной Blood Pools".
Ну да, в принципе можно и пипеткой, след от обуви всё равно однородный в отличии от луж, где на разых участках разная яркость. А вы вручную редактируете каждый спрайт или есть возможность пакетного изменения? Если вручную, то это настоящий гемор, за несколько подходов только можно сделать.
На данный момент я использую лужи из предыдущей версии вашего мода, а следы из этой версии, выглядит относительно приемлемо, но лучше всё-таки, чтобы они совпадали по яркости с лужами.
Нет конечно) Не в ручную, а с помощью батника любезно предоставленным автором луж, в новой версии он в архиве, имя файла "hui.ps1". Следы думаю переделать для обоих версией, сделать их более прозрачными.
Ах вот оно что, а я то думаю, что это за файл со странным названием, решил что это лог-файл от редактора и удалил.

Спасибо! А можно сделать чтобы крови было больше и пятна крови на текстурах тоже? просто когда стреляешь с живого НПС, то кровь не остается на текстурах земли, очень редко когда появляется. Но зато когда НПС мертв, то стреляя в него, кровь на текстурах земли есть, а из живого НПС не вылетает или очень мало.
Я думал об этом. К сожалению без скриптов это не возможно, но когда руки дойдут я могу попробовать реализовать что-то подобное или найти того кто шарит в lua.
