PPSh-41 Accurate Rate of Fire (Four Options) addon - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Update: After doing some research and looking at comments, I've found the reports of the PPSh's rate of fire are conflicting. Some sources say it's up to 1200 RPM, others say around 1000, others say as low as 900 or even 750 RPM.

I've updated this to include four options so you can tweak this to whatever source you're relying on: 750, 900, 1000, and 1200 RPM.

The vanilla default is 880 RPM.

A few sources also say 1250 RPM, but I've not included that since you can get a fire rate upgrade for it anyway. 900-1000 seems to be the most commonly cited RPM.

1000 and 1200 RPM options could make it overpowered compared to other low-tier weapons, but I think it's still balanced out by the lack of optics, weight, uncommon ammo, and long reload time.
