NPC drops old ammo 1.5

You can now find old ammo in dead bodies, saving your money to buy good ammo by using old ammo.

I DID NOT GIVE IT A TEST RUN YET, USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Notes:

• Dead bodies will drop different kinds of old ammo.
• Save your money from buying expensive ammo from traders.
• This is a test addon with no test run at all. Please use it at your own risk and if you found any bugs or glitches, please let me know below ;)
• Optional file: Set AI's drop rate of bandages and medkits to 40% and 20%

05/01/2019 Added optional file to set the AI drops bandages(40%) and medkits(20%)

10/01/2019 Bandages and medkits drop rates set to 70% and 50%, they will also drops army medkits now.
