would be even more awesome, if it had a MCM config, so that the different effects (sounds, grain and hud indicator) could be tuned, so for example sound volume, grain intensity, hud indicator on/off etc.

Same. I'll probably wait until this is DLTX-ified, and I can choose to turn off the HUD and sounds. The grain is still a good enough indicator of radiation for me, insofar as I can know WHERE the radiation is but I wont know HOW MUCH Im absorbing
Hi, thanks for check my addon, unfortunalety this is my fisrt addon and i donk habe clue how make a mcm menu or a dltx version, but you can eliminate o edit the file that eliminate the grain or sound

I never understood why the game has option "play clicks from geiger only" but plays clicks anyway even if you don't have a geiger... I mean wtf is that about?
No, it doesn't, at least for me that option works fine
Better than watching for the hair and skin falling off my body I guess.
When you open the inventory, geiger clicking stops even when it's going crazy cos of high rad.... any way to fix so it doesn't stop clicking with inventory open?
I get totally irradiated my balls without noticing, 10/10
