Ok, so here's the installation guide:
1. Thirst sleep and hunger in inventory
2. Knife pistol for binocular slot
3. (from thirst-sleep-hunger addon) Knive-pistol-binoc patch
4. Modern UI 1.0.0 (yeah, I wanted to use the old one)
5. (for modern UI) hunger-thirst-sleep patch (https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/modern-ui-v100-hunger-thirst-sleepiness-bars-patch)
6. (for modern UI) patch for knife-pistol-binoc-slot
7. this addon
8. some main menu reskin as you prefer
son... you are mixing random incompatible mods together like a chemist. Modern UI 2.0.0 comes with everything you just said, including the main menu. please use 2.0.0, this addon was made for it
So the main mod already includes the "Thirst, sleep and hunger bars" and the "Knife, pistol in binocular slot" or do I need to install them individually?

it seems that this mod only works for 1920x1080 resolution if it is smaller than that it is very buggy
