This versatile rifle kicks like a mule both on your shoulder and the enemy's skull. With it's wide array of scopes and lack of a suppressor, it's the ideal DMR for an operative that wants to hit the enemy from afar without discretion, but plenty of fire power. Army, Mercenary, ISG and Monolith stalkers now may carry this excellent piece of equipment on them when patrolling the zone.

Hi, when firing, there is no sound, any idea why?
That's strange, I just checked and it's firing normally, nothing should conflict with it since it has it's own sound section for the shooting sounds.

-While it is an AR based receiver, this is hardly "another AR-15".
-This was a commission so it was a direct order from a person that wanted this gun in the game.
-If you want other guns besides "****** AR-15s" in the game, you can learn empirically and with free available resources about modding like I did myself and make ports of your own instead of poorly rating addons and going into every single one of my comments to comment how much you *don't* like AR-15s just because they don't cater to your specific taste in weaponry. It's not that hard.
A very cool addon, finally a good DMR rifle appeared in. Great respect to the author, but one detail is missing, the ability to put a silencer on it for quieter shooting.

Hmm, maybe you can make an additional option so that people could choose between versions with a silencer and without? Or will the commissioner swear anyway?) It's very juicy, as for me, a muffler would look on it
Perhaps I could add a silencer for your weapon myself, but only for my own use. That's just if I knew how to do it...

Silencer would be nice, unjam is just reload animation and shooting sound is low quality. I nearly forgot, sprinting animation is clanky too I mean the smoothnes of it.
I didn't include a suppressor as per the commissioner's wish. I based this gun on the BaS SCAR set of anims, which sadly didn't allows me to make an actual jam animation so the best next thing was the reload empty. Fair that you don't like the shooting sound, not everyone's cup of tea but personally I don't mind it. The running anims are the same as BaS SCAR so yeah, look fine to me personally, nothing much I can do about the "smoothness" of that
Why do your weapon mods (at least the last 4 I tested) seem to overwrite BaS weapon sounds with what looks like same exact sounds? Since BaS is "required" as per your description, then the sound files are already there, why re-distribute them and light-up MO2 with needless conflict flags? Or am I missing something here?

While I have my own dedicated thread in the GAMMA discord server where I posted all my gun addons made to work with GAMMA, it doesn't necessarily gets all the track that I get on ModDB, and GAMMA changes a lot of the BaS sounds with Dark Signal sounds, however, for ease of sources and time, I pack the BaS sounds just to not take resources from like 3-4 different addons, so people that are getting this to play with GAMMA, don't get a glitch where the gun is calling for BaS sounds that were overwritten with Dark Signal sounds and end up producing mute sounds when reloading or inspect or what not. I know it causes "needless conflicts" but it's all in the interest with compatibility with GAMMA.

It has most of the scopes you can attach to picatinny rails, adding the rest would be a little redundant in my opinion.

Cool rifle, BUT...
I know that the animations comes from BaS SCAR, but they don't fit well to this gun. It's not a typical AR-15. For example - hitting the bolt catch after reload. Bolt catch is placed near the trigger guard, so it has no sense to hit the rifle from the left side of the receiver.
Agreed, Scar Animations not fit at all. Also as positioning, really big rifle, looks small. Better to take shot sounds from EFT, it fit so well.
No other animations that fit a semi automatic sniper rifle.

Theres a weird bug i have; the tip of the barrel, grip and the part that almost touches the stock are missing textures and they look dark blue

Awesome looking gun but I have issues installing the mod. I used MO2 and it seems to be using the mod but I can not find the gun on traders nor can I see it in the debug menu.
Is there anything you have to look for when installing?

No idea what that may be about, I haven't received any reports of bumps not working, they always worked flawlessly when testing and adjusting scopes and what not.
I can't think of anything that could possibly be installed (or not) in my game that would make only your mod's bumps not working. No issues with over a dozen of other weapon mods though. They are lowest in load order in MO2, so with highest priority. *shrug*
Do the bumps not work tho? Or is it just a console log, try to put the gun against a light source or something like that to see if the bumps work.
