Description
Small fix to make the headlamp respect your Item Usage Animation setting. If you have that setting disabled the head lamp will just turn on. If you have it enabled the headlamp animation plays just like the rest. Update May2021 now plays headlamp sound

holy sheesh man thx, dat buggy hand animation was throwing me off
Headlamp only comes on when I hold L down. As soon as I release it, off it goes again. So it's not toggling on/off.

Same issue with it not being a toggle, not using anything that alters NVG.
