A simple, slight rework of the knife and tool sharpening.
Changes in original version: The Three-piece sharpening stone set now has 204 uses instead of 4.
Price of the Three-piece shapening stone set was adjusted to 9495 Rubles.
Weight of the Three-piece sharpening stone set was changed to 0.56kg.
Water (from a flask or bottle) can now be used to help sharpen blades, and
had their uses increased for this.

Instalation: For normal version: Open the "Original Balance Version" folder, and drag and drop the gamedata folder into your Anomaly folder.
For re-balanced version: Open the "Optional Balance Version" folder, and
drag and drop the gamedata folder into your Anomaly folder
Where i got the numbers from.
The max uses comes from this forum post where a person says his grindstone set lasts him two years, and he uses it 6 times a year to sharpen 17 blades, this means he can sharpen 17 tools 12 times before needing to replace his set, this totals to 204 sharpens before need for replacement. The price was achieved by me finding the price of a simple three-piece grindstone set where i live, increasing the price slightly, converting that number to hryvnias by 2018 prices, and than to rubles. Effectiveness on the optional balance version was given to me by Theisgood on the comment section of the addon, should allow you to repair 2-4 knives to make things more balanced.

Thanks bruv, apreciate it! I'm currently working on a change to make it have a quality system instead of the max uses, wich is how i originally intended for the addon to work, but i haven't quite figured out how to make it that way as it is way more complicated than i thought it would be
like gun parts? it is a brilliant idea! I want to do the same for the field cooking kit, stove, and kettle (no more max_use cause it's silly) but got stuck. If you found a way to do it can you share the code? Credit for u of course
Sadly i haven't. I tried to transfer some .ltx code from the multitool into the sharpenning stone (since its the only item i was able to think of that can repair and has condition), but by doing that i couldn't change the degradation factor, and if i removed the ability to disassemble with it the condition broke. I was able to track down the problem to the class of the item, but i since there are no other types of items that are only for repair and use condition i would probably need to make a new class just for it but i know nothing about scripting
I know this sounds tedious but when using this you should only get 1-3% every time you repair it. Since it has 204 uses.
That is personally the best idea I got for you for balance.
That means you can repair like 2-4 knives sorry I am not doing the math properly.

Thanks! The reason for this mod was to have a realistic ammount of uses for the kit instead of the balanced one found in the original game, however i can add an optional patch to the addon with the balancing changes you recommended, thanks for the idea :)
You could make the thing more optimal to use but still balanced by cutting uses down to 52 or 26 but making it have 6% or 12% restoration in condition. I just don't wanna grind my knife 10 times just to get it back after a good day of chopping mutants
Just a thought, when sharpening with oil irl or an in-game substitute such as grease or water, it would be completely impractical with this mod to try use items with a repair bonus as they would give a weirdly big increase just once and that's wrong. If you're going for the sensation of grinding a knife over and over to incrementally increase it's sharpness/condition, i suggest changing an item like industrial grease to have loads of uses, therefore we can simulate keeping the grindstone lubricated while sharpening. Just a thought, and amazing mod anyways.

You know what I think would be a great idea way better then my other idea, just let us config the % repaired by the stone so everyone can pick their prefered repair amount :).
Still Keep it at 204 uses. A slider for MCM for % repaired would be so cool.

Zip is coming up as invalid to me and wont open. I tried the main download and a mirror both.
EDIT: Only works in 7zip. Fails to open in other tools. Is it in 7z format but have a regular zip extension for some reason?
It's a regular zip. Don't know what your problem is because it's working fine for me using winrar

Is that I usually play the game in Spanish and these files modify the language of many item descriptions in the game, could you tell me specifically which sections were edited to make my own translation?

If the Sharpening stones can be used 204 times, will it decrease the chance to obtain one or not? I got curious because you increased the price of the Sharpening stone.
