Adds 30 variations of all artefacts in the zone spawning in anomalies
Introducing Artefacts Variationizer -the mod which adds 30 variations of artefacts in the zone spawning in anomalies
DLTX is required for this mod to work
In short, every artefact received 30 variations which are splitted into 5 tiers
- 8 common, stats varies +-15% from base stats, can get something decent or a complete trash
- 7 uncommon, stats generally increased by 10-20%
- 6 rare, stats generally increased by 20-30%, radiation is decreased by 40-60%, if you are lucky you can find one which will suit lower tier container normally not possible
- 5 epic, 35 -55% increase, 0 to 25% of initial radiation, 20% that each debuff can be flipped to buff instead with 20-30% efficiency
- 4 legendary, 60-100% increase, no radiation guaranteed, 50% that it will cure radiation and 50% that each debuff can be flipped to buff instead with 30-40% efficiency
The Unique feature of the mod is that you can generate variations from the game itself via MCM menu. Just choose generate option and the game will generate new artys and restart itself after 3 seconds. After restart your previous artys you had will be randomized.

ATTENTION: The artefact which will be consumed upon crafting will be whatever first of 30 variations it can found, so if you want to preserve your shiny Epic or Legendary artefact, you better stash it away from your inventory before crafting

- Changed variations distribution. Now there will be more Rare+ variations of artefacts
- However new spawn chances system was introduced, and finding Legendary artefact will be really rare occurence. New system will allow to easily change spawn chances of each artefact tier in future if needed

Compatible with Artifact Renovation?
only usual artefacts are affected, junk ones that recieved stats are not. You have to generate your variations by yourself for this mod, its done in MCM

I can't detect any artefact beside the junk ones with the svarog detector, do i load this mod before or after Artifact renovation? (I'm using mod organizer)
apparently renovation changes how detectors detect artefacts, i added patch for it
I still can't detect any non junk artifact after installing the patch, I think there is also an incompatiblity with Boomstick & Sharpstick

its designed for it, although if you use FULL version you need to generate variations yourself

Think there may be a compatibility issue with Igi's Weird Task Framework. Tried giving Fanatic the Battery, and he completed the quest and gave me the reward, but the "Battery (Common)" stays in my inventory.
It was the [WTF] task right?
It doesn't actually have the [WTF] flag, but I believe Igi Tasks removes all vanilla tasks from him except the tutorial.
I loaded a save to double check and noticed something - it removes the item if I leave it in the container, but it doesn't remove if I take it out of the container before turning in the task.
i can't reproduce the issue unfortunately, can you please enable debug mode and check console, maybe it prints something
Can I do that safely if I remove all other saves from the folder temporarily? This is an Invictus run (that's going pretty well so far), so I don't really want to break it.
Backup the save folder just in case, then you can restore stuff
Gave it a try - no additional console info (checked the log afterward too). Only additional info that was displayed was the Goodwill gain.

Btw, I would add to the description that it's highly recommended to use perk based artfacts addon with this, and that people can savely overwrite ui_detector_artefact.xml. Otherwise I'm pretty sure you could end up answering the same question over and over :D
a very good addon, but it would be very cool if it would be possible to generate variants of junk artifacts in the same way as with the usual ones. I edited the artefact_variationizer.script file to add junk artifacts to the list of artifacts and increase their count. Variants of these artifacts appeared in the debug console, but they do not spawn in anomalies and are not visible to the detector. Is it possible to make a patch for
Artefact renovation so that ALL artifacts are involved in the mod? We need more artifacts !!!
found a problem, the death lamp artifact variants are not generated, although everything seems to be fine in the mod files - Prnt.sc
death lamp should spawn in the zone normally, they just not visible in debug for some reason. you can spawn them if you type in spawn input af_death_lamp_variationizer<1..30>
Any chance you could add the ability to use any quality for crafting? Powered Exos has a couple crafted power supplies that use artefacts in the recipe. Finally found the artefact I needed, but turns out I can't craft it still because it's an "Epic" variant.

Thanks so much for the update - unfortunately it still doesn't seem to work. Could it be because the recipe calls for the artefact in an AAM?
The update also seems to cause a weird issue where when I had a "Surge Suppressor" (also part of the recipe) in my inventory, it showed its tooltip in the crafting menu constantly, and didn't let me select any crafting recipes on the same page as the power supply unless I selected a recipe on a different page first.
Also a weird thing I noticed is that updating this mod sometimes seems to shuffle artefact rarities. For example, when I updated, one of my Epics turned into Legendary, and vice versa (including a noticeable nerf to the one that changed to Epic).
I reverted to the previous version, and both the above things went back as well.

I don´t think it´s really compatible with ARX, the regular common version (the one that ARX edits) has far superior stats

But how do I install multiple mods that require DLTX?
I find these mods all contain bin folder that has to be copy/paste/overwrite manually. Does this mean I can only install one such mod at a time? Also, there is a DLTX mod by MerelyMezz that contains its own set of exes, what's the point to install that one if I simply overwrite it later with exes from other "DLTX required" mods.

I'm trying to install many mods including this one. Stuck at whole bunch of .exes, surprised by the lack of clear instruction. Seems you don't know either, no matter, I have moved on.

Hey, not sure if i'm doing something wrong, but when i try to generate artifacts manually, the game gives this error message:
