The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.

Description

A DLTX mod to remove the radiation grain-effect while being irradiated. Thanks to Arszi's Radiation mod, i was able to find the effect to edit to get rid of the grain-effect. Enjoy

DLTX Required.

If you'd like to make and publish a non-DLTX required version, all you need to do is edit the postprocess.ltx with the changes i've made in this addon.

Do you remember that there was a "heat" effect from fire and fire sources in the Dead Air? Next to them, the screen turned orange. Do you know how to do this in an anomaly? Do I need to do this in the postprocess.ltx file?

Yes i think i know the effect. I would imagine it would be in there. Possibly [postprocess_flame] or [postprocess_thermal]

By setting the 'radius' to 0.0 on some of these, that should remove the effect. I cannot see much to do with changing anything else with it, such as color.

Have a play around and see how you go. :)

I mean, how do I achieve the same effect in an anomaly? I'm asking for help because I don't understand modding, but yesterday I tried to do it myself, I tried to replace "flame.ppe" with "thermal.ppe" in the column "[postprocess_flame]" and "[postprocess_fire]" - to no avail

I have a theory that it is necessary to somehow apply for bonfires the values of the orange glow of the screen that appears next to the thermal anomaly, but I don't understand how to do this)

Isn't there already a setting in the menu that does this?
