I'm sorry, how do I properly install a preset? When I install ReShade and select the preset I want (AtmosR+ Tweak.ini) and launch the game, there's little change and "mask ui" isn't found..?

You take the AtmosR+ Tweak.ini file from the zip and put it into your Anomaly/bin folder, where the rest of any reshade files should be.
