What do you mean by "DX11E"? Anomaly doesn't support BC7 texture format.
directx 11 extended, and these textures are exported in paint.net as BC7 -working
I never saw anyone say that BC7 works for anomaly and is supported, also what do you really mean by directx 11 extended? There are only r1, r2, r3 and r4 renderers.

Nevermind, some people say anomaly supports BC7, but I get crashes from my own levels using BC7 lightmap textures with dx11 for some reason, gotta figure it out.
Dude PM and I will happily help you, but please stop posting something thats clearly not true, all because YOU cant get BC7 working "on your own levels"

16K? holy mother.... I wonder how consoles are tried to run that at 60 fps ir at least stabe 30... so no 120 in 8K?
