A simple addon that restores the grenade/bolt throw indicator from CoP. Works on 1.5.1 & 1.5.2 (most likely on 1.5.0 and older versions as well, untested)

No, the indicator shows the force the grenade/bolt will be thrown with (They will fly further when it's full). Works exactly how it did in Call of Pripyat.
It will be fun if you can make them cook

I'd rather keep it vanilla, plus I am not a good graphic designer. If you want, you can replace it with your own textures by following these steps:
Either add them to textures\throw_indicator_mod\throw_indicator.dds and then configure their dimensions and position in the .dds in configs\ui\textures_descr\ui_throw_indicator.xml
OR
simply replace the existing textures in textures\throw_indicator_mod\throw_indicator.dds

This addon does not change how far you can throw stuff, it just shows the force the grenade,bolt or molotov will be thrown with, so the player knows when to release the button for max. throw.
it would be nice to be similar with the original colors of the anomaly interface, like white.
If you open the addon's "ui_throw_indicator.xml"-file inside \gamedata\configs\ui\textures_descr with a text editor of your choosing, you can change the following line:
<texture id="ui_hud_grenadetarget_e" x="91" y="928" width="91" height="92" ></texture>
to
<texture id="ui_hud_grenadetarget_e" x="0" y="928" width="91" height="92" ></texture>
(speak, just change the value of x in this line to "0")
Save and close.
And it will use only the white-grey indicator texture that can be found in the dds-file of the addon (that is by default associated with "ui_hud_grenadetarget_d", don't know what for).

This thing is not working on GAMMA, i can equip the grenade in my hand and then trow it or do a quick-trow, but the indicator never appears and the grenade launches instantly
