this mod has been named after Sonic Generations that gives the user brand new HD textures , HUD and music to make the game have a modern look also some textures are coming from the Dreamcast Sonic Adventure and some are coming from Sonic generations and the most of them are made by me (Shadic 2001)

Is this for the Steam Sonic Adventure DX? I cannot find the Readme.txt in the 8.5 archive
for Steam ver first install better SADX then install the modloader and put the mod in the mods file
and for 2004 version
Just install the mod loader then put the mod in the mod folder and you are good to go
