This has been my attempt at fixing this mod that broke when SteamPipe came out. Inside you will find some of the old files such as the old gameinfo text document. You can leave this in I just added it in case you needed it for some odd reason.
"Outbreak started off in Summer 2007 as a small, personal mod by SMOD: Tactical forum member veteran_gamer. His hobby project was later released and was well received. As time went on, others like Useful, Jen4, and IneptGuard contributed work and ideas as well.Some time after the release of version .67 in July '09, veteran_gamer decided Outbreak had attracted too much attention after being posted on ModDB, and responded by announcing the mod would no longer be worked on. At the same time, registration was barred at Outbreak's forum and a thread only available to registered users was posted, explaining this was not the case and encouraging forum-goers to play into the idea of Outbreak's death. It was in this way that a number of people were surprised to learn of the new .98 release later that year, boasting fresh mapadd additions, a new weapon selection, and better overall polish."
Installation
Drag the smodoutbreak folder into the sourcemods folder.
NOTICE
I'm unfit to repair this mod to its entirety. You may now take the work I have done and make your own thing out of it. You don't have to credit me as I didn't do much for this mod anyway.
Articles
This should fix 99.5% of the problems everyone's been having. This will be the last update I'll be releasing unless a game breaking bug is found that makes the mod ABSOLUTELY unplayable. I might come back from time to time to fix other bugs, etc.
If this version has a lot of bugs feel free to take it, fix it, and upload it as your own. =D

Failed To load the launcher DLL
Bad fix, very bad.
When i play the game its fine,backgrounds and such but when i play the game,there is no weapons,no npc spawns like in SMOD,no gibs,no kick.The only thing there is the reskins
I have everything and I can't run it, it says Error: Missing Executable. This plaugued me with Hidden, SMOD Standalone, and Now this please help. ;-;
try the option "verify integrity game cache" in the option menue of the game in your steam library. it worked for me

Hello i have one problem i always get crash when is level change..there is some option to fix it? Or maybe there isn't all maps belong to canals i dunno i am gonna try other maps :) and i am gonna post comment if i have problems with next maps :D (sorry for English :< )
