Outbreak might be best summed up as an add-on to the original SMOD that encourages the same frenzied action as it throws a generous number of hostiles at the player, especially zombies. Following its base, Outbreak's arsenal includes usual suspects like the G36 carbine, as well as less conventional ones such as a katana that gives the player a speed boost.

Hey, Xazid here. I haven't even looked at this mod in a long time so if you're interested in tinkering it go for it man. It's not mine in the first place, I just loved it so much I felt it needed a patch for the steampipe update that screwed up so much of the old HL2 mods. Nevertheless I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I can only load Point Insertion, Red Letter Day, and We Don't Go to Ravenholm. It refuses to load the rest of the story, and crashes from Ravenholm to the Mines.
Do I need SMOD base to play? It's been so long I can't remember.
Hopefully someone sees this, it being two years old and everything. ;_;
