I loved this mod. A classic in my opinion. I really loved the level design because it reminded me of the sweet old days of half life mods! 10/10!

I have never been a fan of lower canal/water pumping levels, maybe because they don’t usually offer anything much apart from rusty surfaces and pipes. There always almost no vent crawling but that doesn’t bother me, its just the lack of variety. Though I like the occasional water fall.
This mod manages to make me like it. This is mainly because its not really a water pumping station but a under water research lab which doesn’t have the rust look but instead has more well kept corridors and some large interiors for the submarines.
Its the attention to detail gents that really makes level design seem fresh, and this mod does not disappoint.
It was fairly challenging, mainly due to good placement of enemies. Just goes to show that a good level designer can make a level challenging without having to throw many enemies at you and without filling vents with headcrabs.
Good placement of weapons/ammo/health is another sign of a experienced designer.

Something I noticed is that (apart from the 2 submarine bays) water sections are not used in this mod and it doesn’t have any open windows to see the ocean which I find puzzling but at the same time it shows how well made the mod is to not have to rely on something like that.

10/10
