This mod's goal is to replace the standard weapons in doom with high quality renders of Iconic weapons from history. One aspect I wanted to focus on was making bullets feel deadly and physical in game. So I added weapon spread for both hip fire and iron sight aiming, as well as penetration distance for different calibers, and bullet drop for long range fights. To balance gameplay and for maximum compatability, I have made it so most standard doom ammo pickups and weapons now are replaced with points which you can use in inventory to buy heavier weapons. I recomend turning off auto-aim when you play this mod and though I find it fun paired with every Mod, three standout enemy replacers to fight with it are Alien Eradication, 40K Tyranids, and Brutal Doom Enemies. More weapons will be added as I make them but please enjoy what I have for now.

The weapons are well rendered and i like the way they were animated, but i really wish you could reload without having to empty the entire magazine. On top of that, i feel like the Gewehr 98 should be 100% accurate to help solidify it's role as the game's only sniper-type weapon. (unless it IS 100% accurate and i just forgot about the bullet drop)

I’m working on an update of the mod that has an option to speed it up a little
I’ll try to add a reload button there if I can.
There is a small spread on it, although it’s mostly to give future sniper weapons a little more of a place. The scoped Springfield will probably be the most accurate gun when it’s done.

Yep, the Springfield will have a scope to keep it firmly in the sniper range
Certain weapons will have silent attacks {Like how the gewehr has its bayonet.} but it will depend on the weapon. I plan on including some silences weapons in the future too

At my opinion the ar15 is ok , at least to play doom. It's a good start you're mod just need more weapons like a rpg for defeat the cyberdemon. Maybe try to add some smg like MP5 and some more assault rifle a AK47 will do the job aswell ... Keep going.

Thank you very much! My next 3 planned weapons will be an M3 Carbine, a silenced MP5, and I’m planning on implimenting Hand Grenades which will cost points to use but have a powerful blast. I also am definitely looking forward to putting the RPG-7 and TankGewehr for killing large Doom Creatures.

The weapon spread is crazy . And not in a good way . Shooting the ar15 like gun is like shooting a double barrel without barrel . That's not how a rifle works or ? :)

I can reduce down the aimed spread some more I suppose. My goal was to try and make every weapon feel unique and make it so no one weapon was just the better version of another weapon. Thank you very much for your feedback.
