Sins of the Fallen for Entrenchment and Diplomacy Introduces two new races Nephilim and Plague to the Sins of a Solar Empire Universe. Sins of the Fallen: Transhumans first installment introduces the Rogue Traders to the Sins of a Solar Empire Universe. Or play both mods together with the Sins of the Fallen Complete bridge mods for Entrenchment and Diplomacy. See the "read more +" for more information.
Sins of the Fallen: Release 3 for Entrenchment and Diplomacy
Change History:
- Release 3 completely reorganizes the development environment and build process making it easier to develop, test and release new content.
- Release 3 packages both Entrenchment and Diplomacy mods in the same download. This actually uses less bandwidth as two downloads are now longer required with duplicate content.
- Fixes issue with trailing particle effects on nephilim fighter
- Adds new destroyer capital ships to Advent, Tech and Vasari
- Compatible with Distant Stars B3 using the SOTF Distant Stars (D) R3 bridge mod (Coming Soon)
- Custom Pacts have been removed from Nephilim and Plague and replaced with stock Pacts. Pacts will be redesigned for all races in a future release. If you like the custom pacts in Alpha 0.2.6.x then you might not want to update until a later release. This does not affect Distant Stars as only stock pacts were used in the bridge mod.
Races included: Plague and Nephilim
Sins of the Fallen: Transhumans Release 3 for Entrenchment and Diplomacy
Change History:
- Adds many new module structures (many of the new structures have basic textures, nightclub is untextured).
- Adds new destroyer capital ships to Advent, Tech and Vasari
- Major balance tweaks on ships, abilities and research
- No Distant Stars support yet, though I may if any interest is shown.
Race included: Rogue Traders

How do I get it to stop showing the 404 error so that I can download this awesome game
I've had to use Internet Explorer and click on the mirrors. There seems to be a problem with moddb right now.
ok im new to this mod is there one complete mod or are there many different mods here im confused?
This particular release has three mods essentially: Sins of the Fallen (original two races), Sins of the Fallen: Transhumans (Rogue race currently), and you can play them both together (system specs permitting).
The reason for the stacking is two fold. If I were to release this mod without stacking it would require 6 separate uploads all around the same size to accomplish the same thing. By supporting stacking I can make one download that allows all three versions to be played.
The core sins game operates in a similar fashion. If you look in the install directory there is an Entrenchment and Diplomacy directory structured. The Diplomacy directory only contains new or modified resources, which is the same thing my mod is mirroring.
I will continue to operate this way going forward unless or until I drop Entrenchment as a supported expansion (most likely when Rebellion comes out).
ok
will this work with maelstrom??
nope, Maelstrom and this mod are both hitting the limits of Sins. Maelstrom has already hit the hardcoded limits for sound and is close for textures. My mod will hit the sound limit as well when I release all the races I have planned. It's just not possible with the current engine.
I think i saw something about Distant Stars, but didn't bother to read it... Does it work for distant stars?
What you don't have distant stars support yet??? You should it'll make gameplay that much more intense. Btw your mod is amazing.
I will have distant stars support for Diplomacy 1.21. Though both my mod and DS has made some changes since my last integration for Diplomacy 1.2. I'm not sure when I'll release the new DS addon but it will happen. I want to make sure all the new features of my mod and changes from DS are encoporated correctly.
guys where can i find the patch 1.21 ... :|
The Diplomacy 1.21 patch is available from Impulse. Download Impulse, register your game and you should be able to get it easily enough. Also, Diplomacy 1.3 is being worked on right now according to the Sins forum...
