Based on the Valor station seen in the Clone Wars CGI series, this model by Warb_Null now graces itself as the Republic's new hangar defense mesh. For those who like the old Haven type station and don't want to see it go, do not fear, as that model has been shifted over to replace the Republic's dated looking spaceport.
Hangar shields will come in sometime in the future, when I am more alert and able to work with the angles these 9 openings are at.

Hey Lavo I just found something you could use for the Old republic as a cruiser or a super capital ship, the Dauntless Star it was in the Star of Coruscant's fleet and was a prototype Mon Cal ship Swtor.wikia.com
