So, are they Maiar? I had never heard of them, but I always wondered if there could have been other Maiar under the control of Morgoth, apart from the Balrogs and Sauron.
I like this Mod very much, keep up the good work :)

Yep, Maiar in Orc-bodies. Very powerful warriors.

You (the Team) are doing everything in your power to destroy the Noldor, aren't you? :P

Nice, will they be lords or just powerfull troops? And will Carcharoth be included? Would be cool to fight a badass wolf.

They're the Orc-captains' bodyguards, aswell as a recruitable unit. Some Orcish characters, such as Orcobal and Balcmeg are also Boldogs, but they have a different model.

Yeah, Carcaroth is planned.

Description

"Boldog (…) is a name that occurs many times in the tales of the War. But it is possible that Boldog was not a personal name, and either a title, or else the name of a kind of creature: the Orc-formed Maiar, only less formidable than the Balrogs." ('Morgoth's Ring', "Myths transformed", author's footnote to the text X')
