So, are they Maiar? I had never heard of them, but I always wondered if there could have been other Maiar under the control of Morgoth, apart from the Balrogs and Sauron.

Nice, will they be lords or just powerfull troops? And will Carcharoth be included? Would be cool to fight a badass wolf.
They're the Orc-captains' bodyguards, aswell as a recruitable unit. Some Orcish characters, such as Orcobal and Balcmeg are also Boldogs, but they have a different model.
Yeah, Carcaroth is planned.
