New Glaurung model (created by nahun) and custom skeleton.
I know I comment almost everything you post, but I am really interested in this mod :)
Great concept, as always. Glaurung will be a real threat for the Noldor, as one of the first 'Great Worms' that emerged from Angband.
It looks like a crocodile :D
Well, we went with Tolkien's Glaurung drawing (which, indeed, looks similar to a giant crocodile) as our main source for the concept.

Now I seriously wonder how big Ancalagon and the other Winged Dragons will be, not to mention the Dark Lord Morgoth himself.
I can imagine Glaurung as a oversized Komodo Dragon who spits fire and talks.
It might well be. However, in my opinion, a big fat iguana would be a more fitting image.
