Shattered Paradise is an expansion for Tiberian Sun on OpenRA, its goal is to (im)balance the game by adding new factions (Mutants, C.A.B.A.L. and Scrin) and reworking the original sides, all of this to create a game a little more varied and balanced than TS. The mod puts a lot of emphasis on making the factions as asymmetric as possible.
In our developing version,
We have fixed the bug that teleporting units to Cliff make the units KIA, and finally brings the RA2 style Chronoshift power to SP: you can teleport your enemy on water to drown them, if they haven't learn how to hover or immune to Wormhole.
Scrin is apparently better at Time And Space Travel than Allies, so their Wormhole can not only teleport Infantry and Vehicle, but also has a function called "Smart Teleport":
1. Friendly unit will be always put to a safe place, otherwise they won't be teleported.
In the image I tried to teleport my Steath Tank to water cells, Scrin Wormhole will put they somewhere safe nearby instead.
2. Meanwhile, Scrin Wormhole becomes more fatal to Enemy Units, if there are fatal cells in teleport grids, then enemy units will be teleported to one of the cells and die after a short interval, as long as fatal cells are not occupied.
In the image, as long as my teleport grids has water/ground cells, the teleport will automatically teleport my ground/water enemies to those fatal cells.

Wait, so when units die upon teleporting, the death fx becomes a homing missile?
Oh, that is the general setting of most of Scrin weapon in SP: units killed by Scrin weapon will spawn an Essence that only friendly Scrin units can absorb.
The death fx of drowning is still here.
So...They eat souls? x)
