Not too sure on the hoods / coifs? reminds me a little of house Frey. However, the scales on the armour here is so cool. Love it.

As long as I'm still downvoting "will you add a campaign?" comments, the mod is not over

Sounds about right, can never seem to satisfy some people, its amazing what you've done with this mod considering its pretty much just been you working on it, don't know how people think that you have the time to create a campaign which isn't even really possible to make.

"Do you think we won't enjoy watching them simper as winter bears down on their pitiful camp. I'd even carved a new fishing rod for the occasion. When the starving Freys look up at our walls - We'll wave our trouts at 'em." - Ser Brynden 'Blackfish' Tully

Nothing beats the old man.

Updated the screenshot to show the buttflap hood the guardsmen will wear. Men-at-arms will be in more standard chainmail with no hoods. You can also see the archer appearances in my Tweet here: Twitter.com

Exceptional. I was wanting that buttflap hood so much. xD

I really am glad you are sticking to a more uniformed look. The buttflaps suit perfectly with the Guardsmen while the standard chainmail goes beautifully with the Men-At-Arms.
