What is the RoSA Project?
RoSA (acronym for Retexture of San Andreas) project is a project that aims to retexturize the game completely, this project (RoSA Reborn) continues the work (with permission from the original author), trying to be more faithfull to the game's original textures, while fixing some problems and beta leftovers.
