Everything is based on historical facts and even more one will be a new city. So you liked at all scenarios?
You're right, but this is my first mod so sorry that many of the things I will not.
Mod in general will have about 10 scenarios from different periods so this and so much and because I am a Polish. I can't change texts because of the Polish version of the game.
The changes are not enough for a mod ( you can obtain this cities from the beggining via changing the files and stuff), i would suggest
1. Playable Senate with more territory and power
2. more cities and towns
3. minor factions
4. more events
5. come up with some bright ideas yourself perhaps
6. More economy features
