Rising Sun mod for Crysis

CRYSIS - Rising Sun Story :
Eighteen weeks ago, there were 8 of us. Now, I am alone, and unsure what to do, 3 weeks ago the last of my friends, Walters, died, malaria eating away at his endurance. I can still remember is shaking body next to the fire, looking into my eyes, the watery tears pleading with me to end his suffering. He will survive, I had thought, He cannot die! He did, about 7 after the convulsions started, they stopped suddenly, and from then on, I have been surviving on whatever I can. I found this book a few days ago, and along with this pencil from my dead comrade, I think it is necessary to tell my story;

We were meant to take out a research facility in Columbia, in the middle of the jungle. Corporal Miller told us it would be an easy job, roll in, blow the hell out of the place, then get out with half the militias of South America on our tail. The problem he told us, would be getting out. If that was true, I am truly scared, the helicopter landing was botched, with the second craft being shot down during drop-off. I can still hear the screams of Private Wilson as he jumped out on fire, only to be raked with fire from the ambushers. Out of 8, only six of us got out in one of the jeeps, everyone and their gear tightly packed onto anywhere we could.

At first we made to continue our mission, but they were everywhere, like bugs, Walters said to me, as we were recovering from one particular attack. They were actually, coming to think about it, they all seemed to have a connected mindset, like they were all telepathic, good radio system, probably, they seem to be able to get their hands on anything these days. After 2 weeks, we were down to 4, the Corporal, Me, the squad marksman, and our point-man, and we were running out of supplies, 24 hour rations, even with 7 of them, and rationed, could barely last a week, and the scavenging was not going well. Any time we attacked, the Militia troops were on us again. Following out scent, after one such raid, things got really bad, Miller got hit in the shoulder, and the marksman was hit with an RPG in the jeep, destroying both in a fireball. It was just me and Walters.

We survived fairly well after then, travelling lightly, and we had left the Militia land in hope of getting to Ecuador, when we ran into another band, who had set up a wire fence all the way across the jungle, and were not allowing anything through, When we tried to approach, we were shot at, and the gap from the treeline to the fence looked like it was littered with mines, so we left, in hope of going east to Brazil, but it was the same story, as if they were stopping something getting though. Weeks later, After staying by the border, we heard helicopter engines. Thinking it was a rescue, we made a fire, but we were attacked, they must have thought we were bandits, with our ripped clothes, and improvised shelter, and we ran, ending up in a swamp, which is where Walters must have picked up the disease. A few weeks later, travelling north, we came across a clearing, where a militia group were digging a huge pit, under the supervision of a man dressed in camouflage, with a futuristic looking helmet that had a visor, blocking off his face. We left without being seen, and went onto find another such happenstance, though this ‘leader’ was whipping, and had a blue symbol on his arm. As Walters got worse, we discovered more strange things, from what we had seen, there are 4 different ‘clans’, each has a different approach to fighting, Red seems to like upfront assaults, and using explosives, Blue uses mass attacks, Green stealth attacks, and yellow seems closest to what I know as combat, using what appears to be section attacks. I don’t know what is going on, but to me it seems like some sort of perverted combat game. All I know is that I have to get out of here, one way or another.

Update :

I´ve downloaded the Crysis Demo and became a big shock. Crysis runs on low settings on my PC. But with only 20 FPS maximum. So ... i cannot develop Rising Sun, sorry. Write me a Private Message and say me, why YOU will continue the development on Crysis Rising Sun. I will give you the rights on the Mod, when your PM convinces me.
