Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The Targeteer Drone is a new addition to the arsenal of the U.S armed forces. The Targeteer supports its parent vehicle by closing in on the target and activating a targeting laser that boosts the firing rate of all friendly units engaging that target. It has received nicknames from American troops that have seen it in action such as ‘Lil’ Hemorrhoid’ but even those like to crack jokes at the Targeteer cannot deny its usefulness in combat.

Because a winged drone that does nothing that circle around a tank looks frankly kinda ridiculous. Wings are only needed for altitude, speed, and range, things that a vehicle-deployed drone needs very little of.

robotic mini heli :) i love this drone, very useful, and i do not think it can destroy anything.... but can target like the avenger (will you look at that... US millitary spending at it's best)
