Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
This Humvee variant has been specialized in airborne operations. Nearly half of its frame has been removed and was modified resulting in a much lower weight while still maintaining much of its resilience. They are a great way of providing fire support and its speed can give its passengers a window to escape should the vehicle become excessively damaged.

wow, nice; yeah they do look 'cartoonish', but are definatly an upgrade on the prior (original) models - well done guys! :D
I don't think the cartoonish look is necesseraly a negative thing really, especially since the game is aged. It's more of a style now than anything and it somewhat fits. :)

y is there 2 soldiers when u only ocupy 1 in there?
i think that it should have a conversible gun, like for exemple:
garrison ranger: machnegun
garrison missile defender: missili launcher
Too bad that this mod dont have neutron weapons :(
