Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

The Weapons Bunker is actually a completely unique addition to the best of my knowledge. Certainly I've never seen the Tu-143 drone in any game before.

It's a real cold-war era Surveillance missile:

The building is fictional though.

Is that UAV based on the German V1?

Not in the slightest. The V-1 was an extremely primitive design with a pulse-jet engine which uncontrolled and simply launched in the general direction of the target. The Tu-143 was a proper aircraft which could actually fly around instead of simply zooming along a straight line trajectory and make a controlled landing. The V-1 was also a 'siege' weapon where as the Tu-143's role was 100% reconnaissance, and the V-1 was strictly a one-way aircraft whereas the Tu-143 could be reused many times.
Think of the V-1 as the world's first cruise missiles, but much simpler, and the T-143 as a pilotless spy plane.

and it was controlled by imprisoned people who were against the Nazi system, but also thiefs and murders were used to fly them - unlike Japan, where the soldiers were willing to die for their home country

Ah... no. Both the V-1 and the Tu-143 were completely unmanned. They had investigated piloted versions of the V-1 in desperation nearing the end of the war, but the pilot was always intended to bail out before impact, and they never saw service thanks to both Allied victories and revulsion in the German high command. You may be getting it confused with Japan's Ohka suicide rocket planes, which never saw service either.

Actually it did, the Ohka. Just so you know. Aroud 850 bombs of different variants were produced before the end of the war. There was a total of ten attacks on US fleets made by the Japanese before the wars end.

It's not actually a weapon at all - it's an unmanned reconnaissance drone. Sort of like the US Spy Drone but ten times faster and more awesome looking. Scroll up the comments section and you'll see what it was based on.

Is this building replaces the Russian's Industrial Plant???
If no, what is this building's for and what is the upgrades???

The tech system is now split over two buildings. This is the lower-tier one, giving the player access to moderately powerful units in addition to basic infantry and BMPs et cetera that come by default. The Industrial Plant is the higher-tier one, giving access to the most advanced units such as the Sentinel.

SORRY FOR QUESTION. BUT I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT BUNKERS ARE FOR? I MEAN BUNKERS THAT ARE LEFT AFTER RUSSIAN BUILDINGS ARE DESTROYED AND ARE OCCUPIED BY 2 CONSCRIPTS? THERE'S ONLY ONE OPTION GIVEN, BLOW 'EM AWAY, WHICH DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME. WHY LEAVE A BUNKER IF YOU CAN'T USE IT?

Description

These facilities are used to all manner of weapons from basic munitions to top secret experimental designs. They often have several levels underground and are populated by top level Federation scientists and technicians working around the clock. The Weapons Bunker is capable of assembling and launching the infamous Russian Surveillance Missile, providing commanders with an expendable bird’s eye view of the battlefield.
