Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

As of version 1.85 rhinos can be upgraded with ERA and they also received a nice new paint job.

Some of them have been reworked, if you look at the stream.
They and all other armor reserve voices will indeed have new voice overs ;)
Did you re-voice RPG Conscripts and VDV troopers? And what is the new level 1 general power for Russia, does it unlock Topols and missile silos?
The "I've got my tools handy" Quote was perfect for the T-64, considering its notorious unreliability.
You're probably mistaking it for the T-62, the T-64 was a pretty good vehicle.

i'm kinda frustrated: Russia has Kodiak -what is Rhino?
A secondary tank that is dropped with BRDMs (and Shilkas once new version hits release) via Armored Reserves General Power. It is weaker than Kodiak, but a)it can fire a missile from its main gun, b)is dropped for free (but empty) and can be reclaimed by any of your infantry (including those 'scripts that are paradropped with general power and Tech Airport - for free as well), c) the general power can be deployed everywhere you don't have a fog of war, as well as other paradrop powers.
Didn't see much changes in here. Hope I will detect some.
