Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The PAK-FA is the Advanced Weapons Generals, General Aleksandr's, primary fighter. Designed to be a Air superiority, it will reak havoc agaist enemy airforces, and it is fairly speedy, capable of putting considerable distance between itself and enenmy AA before the AA is capable of inflicting serious damage; or it could easily destroy it.

The Raptor can be stopped, it can be viewed by a Mig-31 radar, due to the F-22 DOES indeed let off signals into the sky. It is just for stealth, not really air superiority, since the Eurofighter Typhoon can take down an F-22 in a dog fight (raw dogfight).
are you sure the Typhoon could win a straight up dogfight with the raptor, I mean even without stealth the Raptor still has thrust vectoring allowing it enhanced mobility over conventional style aircraft like the typhoon but I don't know
The EF2k has oversized canards. And a very high thrust to weight ratio. It turns at up to 22deg/s, while the Raptor does 20deg/s
i would like to disagree...the f-22 was designed as the worlds first Steath FIGHTER...and the EF-2000 has problems taking down f-16's..i dont see it hurting the f-22..but speakin of f-16 it is little known that a f-16 can actually out turn a f-22..despite them thrust vectoring nozzles
F-22 is way too overpowered (thanks to its PR) and it is unreliable.
Raptor is a good project but the resulting aircraft is waaaaaay too expensive and service-demanding.

In the real world, the F-22A Raptor's unmatched radar stealth, supercruise, ESM suite and AESA radar allow it to defeat any and all 4th or '4.5th' generation aircraft, including all models of Flanker, the Eurofighter, the Gripen, the Rafale, the MiG-35 and several others. The only other stealth aircraft currently known that would have a chance against it are the F-35 Lightning II, Sukhoi T-50 PAK FA (i.e. this one), its joint-developed Indian FGFA offshoot, the projected Indian MCA (possibly) and the theorised Chinese J-XX. Not much is known about any of them save the American jets as the rest are still in planning or prototype construction phase.
In the mod, the F-22's stealth has had to give way to affordability, but the Russians have come up with the PAK FA all the same, and, as always when following something, have a few more cards up their sleeve...
How about the abandoned YF-23 which many observers say would have been superior in hindsight?
Had better systems, was tougher, and would've solidly kicked a raptor in a dogfight. Unfortunately, the raptors had longer range and were stealthier, so the AF bought them instead and left the tigersharks to rust.

I believe our PAK FA is simply fictional, possibly loosely based on a concept of the PAK FA floating around the Internet.
ROTR should have the Eurofighter Typhoon as well as the Rafale on the EAC's faction! Boy, I would like to see the planes fight it out!
The Eurofighters were nearly all destroyed in the initial Russian air raids on Europe at the start of the war, meaning the ECA do not have much in the way of air-to-air capability left. They have developed a few ground-based counters though.

Developers, can you please add a 'Su27' or modified versions like 'Su34' or 'Su37'. They are supermanoeuverable aircrafts and are famous for the Pugachev's Cobra manoeuvre.
