Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

has started deploying Arms Suppliers to futher
increase their economic growth through the selling
of arms to their customers directly. From firearms
to vehicle shipments, the Arms Supplier is always
ready for good business.
How does it work is it just like gathering money from the supply depots.

No, the Arms Suppliers will work similar as to a Black Market but with the advantage of being mobile. There is another feature with this vehicle but I cannot mention it at this time :)

It's a nice supplier, although it would be really nicer, if you could actually see some weapons in there (or on the inside texture)

You can actually, its just not at the angle you would see them.

I think it's basically like a hacker and spawns money, but I believe that it's gonna have a special ability of some sort.
