Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Some months ago you said that it got larger repair zone but no more structures repairs. You added that now ECA will have to repair defences like others with dozers. So that was changed apparently.
You misunderstood.
Some month ago, the warhound got the building repair removed by default, but it is restored with an upgrade. The only thing that changed since is that the upgrade was initially GP locked, and now it isn't

You're absolutely right. Clearly, these pesky developers are making all these new additions for themselves to enjoy, and only post updates to mock you people. They even go as far as organizing streams showing how THEY can play the mod and you can't. There are no signs of the mod actually getting closer to a public release.
