Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Description

Built by the tens of thousands in various models by several Chinese automotive manufacturers, the Supply Truck is the logistical backbone of the People's Liberation Army. In contrast to its foreign counterparts equipped with weapons or defensive systems, the basic version of the Supply Truck is cheap and entirely one-dimensional in its use as a cargo transport. It does however distinguish itself significantly when it comes to a number of special role field modifications.

One common but consistently useful variant is equipped with loudspeakers, broadcasting inspirational songs and speeches to boost the morale of Chinese troops. The content of these broadcasts is tightly curated by political officers and generally draws from Chinese history and Communist Party ideology, although it is not unusual for younger, more modern-minded cadres to include popular music or messages provided by friends and family members of soldiers, to add a more personable element.
