Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
When battles get more intense and supplies are
running in short supply it is vital that the
Russian war machine is kept rolling for as long as
possible. The MTP-A4 is able to repair operating
units in the field and can even repair destroyed
vehicle's back into a usable state for a new
crew to operate.
This vehicle lets you necro dead russian ground units, but they are neutral once there back and you need to have a soldier near by to capture it.

It Repairs all Friendly Vehicles and Recovers Destroyed vehicles ,But u'll have to make a soldier enter it after repaired cuz it'll be neutral , A very useful vehicle :)

what if there's a destroyed battlemaster,crusader or any tank that doesn't have a side on the russian?or maybe a dead dozer?can it recover those?if they can this is awesone!
