Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
A piece of concept art made by our wonderful AaronAsh. This is one of the more final ones, but you should be able to spot some differences between the art and the model. Also, hopefully this will give you guys a better idea of where the vents for the jump-jet are. Enjoy.
Cool concept! I love the shading.
Nice concept realy cool!
that would be an awsome paper or foam airplane design i'm gonna make one
Be pretty unstable though - the airframe is intended like that to make it more agile, but I've yet to see a paper plane with the fly-by-wire systems necessary to overcome the problems!
awesome! good work
reminds me of ra3
are you giving units special abilities?
This unit has more abilities than any other airplane: a ginourmous weaponry reloading in the air, good armor and speed, german ICE-6 system, flares and much more ;)
holy satan claus ****
The only activated 'special ability' is the ICE-6 vehicle-disabling spray dispenser system.
when is the eca comming to rotr
Before 2.0, after 1.5.
Kudos to the artist! Nice work...
Well, glad to hear that! Btw, since China has recently unveiled its 5th generation stealth fighter, why don't you add this to game? And eliminate Chinese MiGs and may be give EU their Eurofighter Typhoons? Let the Europeans save/have few expensive Eurofighters at their disposal. What do you all think about this idea? Isn't it great? Because as I remember an idea of EU having Eurofighters was eliminated from early stage of thegame because of their triangle shape was identical to Chinese MiG 1.44.
Can't wait to see this in action
