Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Totally epic, even in-game. It's great to see progress.
Also, great logo for the European faction, who made that?

The logo is from way back when Rise of Europe was a separate mod. It pretty much hasn't changed since.

Actually it consisted only of the Bear emblem, we added the stars and the shield for the SWR edition :)

I'm sorry I meant Lion, not Bear.

Nope, the core team probably just put it in there to chase some Kodiaks around; the current internal dev kits don't have ECA, so it has yet to be balanced and tested.

No, the screenshot was taken by a mod leader who has the current full version of Rise of the Reds (the beta testing versions are only released progressively once something has all the content it needs to attain basic functionality, and at the moment do not contain any new sides). I'm not sure whether they were implemented specifically for this screenshot or whether they have a WiP ECA side at the moment, but you can be assured that this is in-game, not photoshopped or tweaked in any way, and that's just how they'll look in the finished mod.

I wouldn't say that. This thing might not be as tough as the Sentinel, but I'm sure it'll do 10 shittons of AT damage in-game.

This thing should be knocking out a sentinel in a few hits.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait and see. But don't worry, it won't happen often - the guns will never give enemies a chance to get that close anyway.

They're tough nuts to crack, and that's all we're saying. Don't worry, you'll definitely get a chance to play with them when we release the ECA and GLA base sides.

Description

A pair of Jagdmammuts chase a platoon of fleeing Russian Kodiak tanks, though running away won't do them any good...
The effects of perspective should be taken into account in this image; though the compact height of the Jagdmammuts and their distance from the camera makes them look quite small, they're actually a significant fraction longer and much wider than their prey.
