Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
These field physicians possess all the necessary knowledge and equipment to heal European infantry forces out in the field and evacuate wounded comrades. Since their primary job is to provide emergency medical care, Medics are protected by the Geneva Convention and must not be attacked. However, in the light of numerous atrocities reportedly committed by General Aleksandr's barbaric Shock Divisions, many Medics have resorted to arming themselves with old, surplus machine pistols such as the Skorpion vz.61 or the Austrian TMP in order to protect themselves from attacks. This has the unfortunate side effect that the now-armed Medics lose their status as non-combatants and become valid targets, a circumstance that is nevertheless prefered over the possibility of running into a Shock Trooper while unarmed.

You should see "We love Russia" video series on YouTube. You will see that Russian people don't need medics - they're invincible by genes.
Another reason why they dont need medics is cause they already are medics(Medkit upgrade).

Well, let's be honest. Killing the medic first means their casualties stay that way, meaning you don't get shot at as much.

And given that they're armed now, the shiny white uniform might not be a very good idea anyway.
This is obviously due to the low-detail nature of Gens/ZH; we have to make abstractions to make our units visually distinct and easy to identify at a glance. If this were a more high-detail game, we would certainly go for a proper realistic look with our infantry models.

Instead of a wep the medics could use camouflage to become stealth and kevlar to protection and also its not good to use white clothes and an target pratice in the battlefield.Also elite trops have basic medic training and its obivious they have medics in each squad on battlefield,so if you take the gun off its still can use the model to an red cross nurse assisting ECA forces.Good model my comment are just an think.
