Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
A favorite by Chinese generals despite its considerable years of service, the Troop Crawler is still active within the People’s Liberation Army. It has gone under a minor modification however allowing it to be fitted with speaker towers encouraging it’s passengers to fight with undying resolve.
So are the speaker are included with the crawler or is that sold separately.

Rise of the Reds doesn't copy a lot from ShockWave, and where there is no need to (as in the content is not naturally duplicated such as with the Topol-M or T-64) then we generally won't, so it's not going to get a gun.
my suggestion create anti infantry cannon like BMP-2...but dont remove those speaker!!
