Description

After the Global War on Terror, the People's Republic of China has consistently maintained the largest military in the world, with a total of 6.5 to 7 million personnel in the People's Liberation Army and the Red Guard, after the latter being formed from an amalgamation of the Militia and the People's Armed Police. In order to fully mechanise an armed force of such monumental size and support China's allies in other parts of the world, the national arms industry has been ramped up to an unprecedented scale. This allows Chinese field commanders to switch their War Factories into Optimised Production mode, limiting production options to Tier 0 and Tier 1 vehicles, but producing them rapidly in doubles (or quadruples, in the case of the Hopper Tank).

In HanPatch, we have created unique visual variants for all Chinese vehicles that can benefit from Optimised Production, namely the Battlemaster, Hopper, Inferno Cannon, Troop Crawler, Dragon, Gattling and ECM Tank. These variants are functionally identical to the regular "green" ones, lacking no gameplay-relevant features nor upgrades, but their visual designs are deliberately stripped down, lacking certain elements such as proper markings, paint or other non-essential details, to visualise the motif of vehicles being literally rushed out of the factory for a rapid build-up of troops or emergency defence.
