THIS IS A MOD OF RISE OF THE REDS! Rise of the Reds is a great mod made by our friends at SWR Productions. This mod is an Overhaul-style mode of ROTR - a reimagining of the formula in a more balanced and fun way for online play. It adds many new units and abilities and many balance changes. The aim of the mod is to change the way you perceive the gameplay of Rise of the Reds 1.87 to something that is more similar to Zero Hour and other classic C&C games.
The Dustdevil is a utility aircraft, armed with fairly weak mini thermobaric missiles that are most useful against infantry. It's armed with an endless load of smoke bombs, that can be used to distract enemy forces while other aircraft can destroy vital targets.
Generally this aircraft was put to use in Middle Eastern countries, bought to use by rich Princes who meddle in political affairs to help (de)stabilise neighbouring countries, and may or may not be involved with the GLA.
Russia ministers are not particularly concerned however, a sale is a sale.
