The Empire has fallen and a New Republic is born out of the conflict. But in the ashes of civil war, yet another life stirs...
A quick sample of the new rock props when used in their proper places, alongside the other RotM graphical improvements. Both shots taken from the map editor.
Shale I say that these new props are marbleous.
Is there a plausible chance you can remaster the old one? Ive always liked cliffs for scenery.
That prop is never used a cliff in the game though and I don't use it that way in the mod. To be honest, it's a terrible model. The geometry is really poorly crafted and the texture is just tiled rather than actually painted there. Are you wanting it remade to be used in the map editor?
Yes that's what I mean
I think having the old ones retextured and improved would be a great addition as cliffs, my other suggestions would be, since youre using sand dunes, there could be sand on top, this way you could make some reallistic terrain.

In addition using a desert terrain like that for in atmosphere space battles could be a better option than a terrain with full of trees like you did, jakku would be ideal, with spaceship wreckages scattered around the map.
Jakku won't be in the mod since it is new canon. There are other planets where this will be possible though.
The attention to detail is incredible, the maps look so alive and believable now. By the way, do you reckon some of these scenery props and/or textures could be repurposed for Campaign Commander? (Assuming you'll resume work on it once RotM is out).
You'd better believe it! The plan is to reuse a lot of the work here in Campaign Commander to both save time on that mod and to bring my old work up to the new standard. Obviously there's still a lot of custom Halo things that will need doing though.
Looks like Map Editor is rocking the new textures and props
