Even more casual fans of the Expanded Universe should know Mara Jade. Once an Emperor's Hand and a lethal, force-wielding servant of Papa Palps, Mara's world was shattered after Endor. With her Emperor gone and the Empire she served in ruins, Mara had no direction and felt lost in the galaxy. After much soul searching and a lot of convincing from a rather persistent Luke Skywalker, Mara was eventually turned to the light and trained as a Jedi under Luke. In fact, not only was she one of his first and most talented students, her path to the light would bring her and Skywalker very close and the two would eventually marry.
Originally, Mara was given a violet kyber crystal from Palpatine, which she would use to craft her first saber. Luke would eventually give her his old blue lightsaber but she did continue to use her violet blade from time to time.

The textures are great, as always of course. But she does not look like Mara Jade. Correct me if I'm wrong.
It's true that the better know Mara Jade look is from her years as an Emperor's Hand... IE: skin-tight black leather, flowing red hair, etc. However, by this time Mara would not be a young woman any longer and additionally, her attire had changed a bit as well.
