Is that one fully upgraded, basic, or the only version? As in, will there be tech tree upgrades to these units?
i hope the new revamepd prototype PDs aren so aweful overpowered like the current ones ... my enemies never manage to come through 6-8 of them with normal pds and shields and ****...
the same was with SC1:FA, and it's okey...the problem with SC2 (the vanilla one) is that most of the units die too quick, before they dish some decent damage or do something in respective of the money you spent on them... which is something that hopefully will change with what we're doing here :)
really? i play it 1v8 free for all on that big sand map with cheating ais. i put the time counter thingy to 20 n build a thick wall of magnetrons.
lol i remember how the enemy cybran had like three monkeylords duking it out with a horde of other units. i turned them on and i laughed my *** of, watching the monkeylords legs flail as i dragged them in. they didnt stand a chance...

How about adding a AA Turret to the old XP PD ? I think it would look better.
this is not an experimental PD Defense...it's a prototype Defensive tower ;) (think of it like a heavy T2-T3 tower)

you guys should put that xp pd on a mobile unit. like the equal to the stormrider. first thing that came outta my mouth was WHOOOOOOOOOOA! RAAAAAGE!
I'm curious, does the AA operate independent of the main direct fire turret? or are they connected in their rotation? Its a very nice model to be sure.
Both the PD and AA have there own turrets.
when i look at the side-screen it looks like it can rotate indepently
it would look more clear when the aa would be elevated a bit with a rotating mechanism ...
i just got a question in my mind, but is this AA a rapidfiring gun or single shot precision cannon ?
