Hi people. I'm starting a new mod. If you have played my L4D2 campaigns you will recognize the map, but this time I'm porting it to Half Life 2! That means a total new experience. I don't know the exact release day but I'm sure it will be ready in a few months. Stay tuned!

Updating enemies and weapons. Im on the final part, so the mod will be ready to play soon! I have already finished the mansion, guardhouse and undergound levels. Once I finish all and my testers give me the OK, you can enjoy this new RE experience

Ah this looks freaking awesome! I love the Spencer Mansion with all of its twists and turns and corridors and spookies! I'm looking forward to playing this tomorrow when it's not 3:50am and the noises my fridge are making have me trenbling!

Hey! I have only make some enemies-mashup or something like that xD ... You will find antlions and classic zombies, but also there are some custom enemies

Zombies, dogs, spiders, hornets, sharks, hunters and of course all of the awesome bosses.

Sadly I dont know how to compile custom enemies :c so at the moment I can only make a crossover of Half Life 2 creatures respecting the enepy spawning of RE1

Maybe someone with knowledge can help you with that. Otherwise it will look out of place to use HL2 enemies, instead of custom zombies. Could you at least take the head crab off the face of the models? I am not sure how that would look, but it would be closer at least anyway. I know Gary's Mod does that for some of their zombie modes.

Besides that the game looks great so far! Keep up the good work!

hi Ravensholm. I was thinking on a custom model for zombies, but the other NPCs will be the same as we meet HL2. Ah, I added the bees in guardhouse at least xD and a custom thing for the lab, let me upload a picture

Always try and do custom stuff for anything really needing it. (As is evident you have already gone beyond and did a lot of great work with textures on the map.) Even if you just changed the suit or put a simple (in relative terms) arm patch of the Umbrella Corporation on a regular Combine soldier, it would look more genuine as those sent in from the RE series, opposed to the Combine itself. Maybe change the tint in the goggles... This is of course coming from someone who can not map, model or animate...

Maybe one zombie can lead to another, so on and so forth. It is a slow process I know and usually a mod has at least a few people working on it to make it what it is, either due to time constraints or some people just are not made to animate or model, etc. to help with ideas.

And how am I suppose to know when someone replies to my comment? Nothing pops up... I just happened to randomly go through my posts and saw you had replied... O_o

You are right, this needs time and Im working alone. Only a friend helps me with a few models and some ideas for textures like you are doing here. Im always open to suggetions n.n
