Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.
Whoohoo this guy is a badass.. Tough and hard to kill. Deadly in combat against clones and even light vehicles.

Honestly, everyone who commented here obviously is negative. His question was legitimate, and his answers were douche.

My wall of text 3 pages back explained there IS a melee version but wont be done till the expansion. I just dont have time to complete it.

unless you have a lightsaber then you win either way
Vibroswords are what i use on my KotOR II chars until they can get lightsabres.
In KotOR I, Theres that 1 sword better than the Lightsabre, but it cannot deflect...cuz its not a Lightsabre.
hmmm thats the same stratagy ive been going for but around my 7-9 play through(and yes i do play it alot) i started using blaster instead of a virosword they are still quite good later on

Who would win out of a Clone Commando/ARC Trooper and a BX Commando Droid?
Personally my money's on the ARC/Commandos winning 1 on 1, but the BX's having more units in a squad
If this droids, on the release of the mod, have the sealth ability, i will for sure beggin a mass production of them..
sealth attacks on the enemy will destroy them quick and easily..
