ok, what you did there looks nice and it is a neat idea, but the cultural distribution in Germany is horrible. E.g. giving the very core of Bavaria Austrian culture and moving the Bavarian culture away from Bavaria.
Also, the cultural distribution in today's Belgium is the wrong way around. You obviously did not draw the line like in today's Belgium and so you should swap the Flemish and the Wallonians. The Wallonians are more similar to the French culture, so they should be French and the Flemish are closer to Dutch (and arguably German) culture.
But in the end, the two Belgian cultures are much younger than the Middle Ages, since they basically are French and Dutch culture in another country that only exists since the 19th century.
If you want any help with the central European cultures, I'd gladly help you.

Would it be possible to be the files in a format that an osx mac user could install with ease? this mod looks quite exciting and i would really enjoy a more downloadable format.
