The MCV is the heart of every base. Equipped with all the necessary blueprints to build the structures of a Syndicate Base. With the evolution of combat the MCVs no longer need transports to cross over bodies of water and instead are now outfitted with equipment to traverse them. With the Syndicate using some sort of anti-gravity technology located on the treads.
I see someone has had the same idea I did, although I scrapped it.
